Beginner Sewing Workshop - Lane Pants - Sunday September 20 & 27 - 9 am - 12 pm

Join us to sew the Lane Pants by Sydney Graham Patterns.  

These high-waisted, wide-leg elastic waist pants are a highly rated and versatile wardrobe staple. Sew them in suiting for the office, denim for cooler weather, linen for summer, or turn the pattern into comfortable lounge pants or pajamas.

What’s Included:

• PDF printed pattern and instructions
• Use of sewing machines and required equipment (or bring your own machine)

What You Need to Bring:

• Fabric and thread
• Fabric purchased from Border City Fabrics receives a 10% class discount
• Fabric must be pre-washed and dried before class

Recommended Fabrics:

• Light to medium-weight woven fabrics such as linen, twill, lightweight denim, chambray, blends, rayon, tencel. 

What You’ll Practice:

• Slit pockets
• French seams
• Elastic casing
• Simple pattern adjustments

Workshop Details:

• Skill Level: Beginner-friendly (ability to use sewing machine required)
• Duration: Approximately 6 hours total (2 parts)
