Swimwear fabric from Katia Fabrics features a vibrant pattern to add a bold summery look to your swim projects. Designed specifically for swimwear, it offers excellent stretch and recovery, making it ideal for stylish, comfortable suits and beachwear.

Contents: 82% Polyamide - 18% Elastane

Weight: 5.9 ounces per square yard / 200 grams per square meter (very lightweight)

Fabric Width: 59 in (150 cm)

Drape: Stretch

Opacity: Opaque, provides UV sun protection.

Stretch Percentage: 60%

Fabric Care: Machine wash cold delicate. Testing is recommended. 

Recommendations/Notes: Use a stretch needle, size 75/80. Sew with low tension on the top thread of the sewing machine and a small stitch so that when the seams are stretched, the stitching does not break. Avoid stretching the fabric while sewing to prevent the seams from giving way. Ensure prewashing before sewing. Do not iron.
